Simrat’s wellness offerings are designed to support deep relaxation, balance, and restoration in a calm and nurturing way.

Through guided relaxation sessions and energy restoration work, Simrat creates space for you to slow down, reconnect, and gently reset both mind and body. Alongside this work, a collection of thoughtfully created wellness candles will be launching soon, offering an additional way to bring moments of calm and intention into everyday life.

Guided Relaxation Session

Experience relaxation at a level many people don’t realise is possible.

Relaxation, at its core, is the absence of tension. While we are familiar with tightening our muscles, truly letting go is a skill that often gets lost. Even when we believe we are relaxing, many of us continue to carry subtle restlessness and underlying tension.

Deep relaxation plays a central role in supporting many psychological challenges. When learned as a skill, it can be applied in moments that once felt overwhelming, helping you regain a sense of calm, steadiness, and control.

During these sessions, you don’t just experience relaxation — you learn how to access it intentionally. Over time, this allows you to return to a more natural state of feeling safe, secure, and balanced in how you approach life. Ultimately, boosting your self-confidence and self-control.

Energy Restoration / Rebalancing

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that supports the body’s natural relaxation and emotional balance. Light touch or hands held just above the body helps promote deep calm, reduced stress, and emotional wellbeing.

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, and clients often report feelings of warmth, relaxation, or emotional release. Reiki is offered by some NHS trusts in complementary health settings, including cancer support and palliative care, highlighting its recognised role in supporting wellbeing.

 

Reiki can be used alone or alongside other therapeutic support to enhance resilience and overall well-being.
