Stress
What is stress? Stress is a highly orchestrated response to a real or imagined threat or challenge that includes biological, behavioural, cognitive, and emotional elements. The ability to respond to stressful or threatening situations is critical for our survival. However, prolonged exposure to stress has a toxic effect on the brain and body. Stress may be acute, chronic, physical or psychological.
Physical stressors often have psychological aspects and vice versa. The key is to understand that it is not that happens to you that causes stress but by how you respond to it. Good news is that with coaching and therapy you can learn skills and techniques that can help you change your response to challenging situations.
Anxiety
Anxiety is a set of feelings we have when there are no obvious presenting threatening situations, often not knowing why those anxious feeling came about but our bodies experiencing many side effects, such as a racing heart, unable to focus and even having panic attacks. Anxiety is often characterised by excessive fear and worry about what might happen and can be very confusing and frustrating for the individual as there is often no specific cause they can pinpoint.
There are different types of anxiety such as performance anxiety, general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorders, compulsive behaviours and phobias. If left untreated it can interfere with day to day functioning and some say it is crippling. However, with cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy you can get relief!
Self Confidence & Self Esteem
Self confidence is defined as the belief in one's ability to deal with challenges and situations. It can be quite general or specific to particular situations. Whilst self esteem is more to do with overall person's self worth or personal value. By exploring the current thinking patterns and understanding how current behaviours affect your thoughts and feelings, new skills and techniques can be learnt to bring about a change enabling you to see things in a different light.

Clarity, Insight & Behaviour Change
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a modern, evidence-based approach that combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with hypnosis, grounded in psychology and neuroscience. CBT helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that influence how we respond to situations, while hypnosis uses a natural state of focused attention to support positive change through visualisation and suggestion — similar to becoming absorbed in a book or film. You remain fully in control throughout. By working directly with the thoughts and beliefs that underlie stress, fears, and emotional difficulties, this combined approach can create effective and long-lasting results, often in just a few sessions, and is recognised by leading professional and medical bodies.

Confidence, Focus & Resilience Skills
Skills Training offers practical, evidence-based tools that build psychological flexibility and support long-term personal and professional growth. Integrated into therapy sessions, it includes self-hypnosis for calming the mind, managing stress, boosting confidence and motivation; mindfulness techniques to increase present-moment awareness, clarity, and emotional balance; assertiveness training to help you communicate your needs clearly, set healthy boundaries, and navigate relationships and conflict with confidence; problem-solving strategies to approach challenges and decisions in a structured, effective way; and habit reversal to identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with positive, sustainable behaviours.

Deep Relaxation & Nervous System Reset
This approach focuses on gently calming the nervous system and bringing the body out of stress or survival mode and back into balance. Through guided relaxation and energy-based techniques, it supports the release of built-up tension, emotional overwhelm, and mental fatigue. As the nervous system settles, many people experience a greater sense of ease, clarity, and groundedness, allowing the body and mind to naturally reset and restore themselves over time.

Through role-play and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to express yourself with confidence while managing conflict constructively. This can help with speaking in team meetings, navigating relationships in a healthy way, and public speaking.
Problem Solving
Develop structured strategies to tackle challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve your goals efficiently. This training focuses on critical thinking, creative solutions, and practical frameworks to navigate both personal and professional obstacles.
Habit Reversal
Identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with positive, sustainable habits. You’ll learn how to understand triggers, interrupt automatic behaviours, and implement practical routines that support long-term personal and professional growth.
How Sessions Work & Fees

Initial consultation for up to 2 hours - £160

Fees per session
Sessions are charged at £135 per session (up to 90 min)
Reiki
Reiki standalone fee of £80 per 1-hour session.
A bundle of 5 sessions is £320
Distant Reiki Session - £55 per 1-hour session
A bundle of 5 sessions - £220
How many sessions?
Usually, anywhere between 6 to 12 sessions; the exact number will depend on individual client needs. Most clients progress best with one session every one to two weeks.
